GOOD Cannabis: The Facts
GOOD is an Alaskan company based in Fairbanks. We grow our own cannabis, make our own products from it, and sell them in our own shops in Fairbanks, McCarthy and Talkeetna, and through nearly 100 licensed retail partners across Alaska. We also run three cafes: GOOD Cafe, River City Cafe and Sip The Summit.
Our Story
GOOD started as an idea among a few friends in Fairbanks. We planted our first crop in June 2017 and opened our Fairbanks shop that September, in a North Gate Square storefront built to feel like Alaska.
The name says what we care about. We live by three simple rules: Be GOOD people. Provide GOOD products. Do GOOD for your community. For us, that means Fairbanks-grown cannabis, products made by hand in small batches, and a team that shows up for the food bank, the trails, and local causes.
Since then, GOOD has grown from one shop in Fairbanks to three, reaching from the Interior to the edge of Wrangell-St. Elias in McCarthy and the gateway to Denali in Talkeetna.

What We Make
Every GOOD product starts in our own 10,000-square-foot cultivation and manufacturing facility in Fairbanks, where we grow cannabis on a proprietary coco fiber medium with drip irrigation. Almost everything we sell is made in-house.
- Flower: Grown, hand-trimmed and slow-cured in-house. Strains include Durban Poison, Outer Space, GG#4, 707 Headband, Bio-Jesus, OG 18, Blaze Orange, Sun Dog and Alaskan Air. Awards: 3rd place, Hybrid Flower, High Times Cannabis Cup Alaska People's Choice Edition 2022 (Gorilla Glue #4).
- Prerolls: Hand-packed with Dutch-folded tips, in Trail, Camp, Cabin and Wilderness packs of 6 to 20. Awards: 1st place, Non-Infused Pre-Rolls, High Times Cannabis Cup Alaska People's Choice Edition 2022 (Blaze Orange King Pre-Roll).
- Firecrackers: Flower infused with concentrate, hand-packed, in eight flavors.
- Concentrates: Badder, wax, live resin and shatter, made only from GOOD-grown flower. Awards: High Times Cannabis Cup Alaska 2018, Sativa Concentrate (Tangie Live Resin).
- Vape carts: All-glass 510 cartridges in Original distillate, Sauced live-resin blend, Flavors, and Moods, a line of cannabinoid blends built around how you want to feel.
- Edibles and drinks: Handmade gummies (5mg or 10mg each), chocolate bars hand-crafted in Fairbanks with ethical trade cacao, water-soluble Infusions (100mg) and drink mix packets (10mg).
