Something new is brewing in Fairbanks. On September 15th, GOOD Cafe will open its doors, introducing Alaska’s first cafe that blends specialty coffee, fast-acting cannabis beverages, and a true community gathering space.
Located in the heart of downtown, GOOD Cafe is more than just a coffee shop—it’s your third space. A place designed for connection, creativity, and culture, guided by the same values that have shaped our parent company, GOOD Cannabis: Be GOOD people. Provide GOOD products. Do GOOD for your community.
At GOOD Cafe, coffee comes first. We’ve partnered with Stumptown Coffee Roasters, a pioneer in third-wave coffee, to bring world-class beans to Fairbanks. Every drink is prepared on a La Marzocco espresso machine, a gold standard for the best cafes around the world.
But we’re also redefining what’s possible in a cafe setting. Guests can choose to infuse any beverage with fast-acting cannabis, powered by advanced nanotechnology that delivers effects within minutes—not hours. This makes cannabis as approachable and reliable as a cup of coffee. No smoke. No stigma. Just a new way to enjoy.

On Wednesday, September 15, 2025, we celebrated the Grand Opening of GOOD Cafe! Doors opened at 9 AM, with a ribbon cutting at 10 AM alongside the Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce. Guests enjoyed Stumptown coffee tastings, gained first access to our cannabis-infused beverages, and got a first look at Alaska’s newest cultural hub.
GOOD Cafe is the newest venture from GOOD Cannabis, an award-winning Fairbanks company dedicated to quality, community, and one mission: to do GOOD for Alaska.
GOOD Cafe continues this vision, serving exceptional Stumptown coffee, cutting-edge cannabis options, and a welcoming hub for connection.
